The Exchange
The centerpiece of the renovation is The Exchange, a best-in-class tenant lounge spanning 2,900 square feet of hospitality-inspired seating. Connected to the newly renovated lobby via a feature staircase, it pairs communal tables and booths with a full tenant bar.
Pre- and post-function space flows naturally between the lounge and the conference center, making it an effortless setting for gatherings large and small.
Conference Center
A 13th Street-facing conference center seats 140-plus people, complemented by large and medium meeting rooms on the second floor. Together they form the most complete conference offering in the East End.
An adjacent pre-function coffee bar, framed by wood millwork and a living green wall, welcomes attendees before and between sessions.
Arrival Experience
A stunning double-volume lobby sets the tone on arrival, anchored by a sculptural wood feature staircase against a dark marble wall.
A polished metal and glass vestibule frames the approach, connecting the street entry to the lobby and the staircase to The Exchange above.

The existing rooftop deck is being reinvigorated with new furniture packages and finishes, offering an open-air setting for breaks, meetings, and gatherings above the East End.

A spa-like fitness center with towel service supports tenant wellness on site, refreshed with new finishes as part of the building-wide renovation.

A secured bike locker room makes commuting by bike easy and convenient, with dedicated storage just steps from the lobby.
